  • Contemporary embroidered challah cover made from the softest linen. Embroidery reads שבת ויום טוב - Shabbat and Yom Tov. Made with intention and love in the hope of fulfilling Hiddur Mitzvah - the principle of enhancing a mitzvah through aesthetics.

  • This challah cover is 48cm x 60cm, big enough to cover two large challot. Hand stitched detail and frayed edges give each cloth a distinctive and special quality. Proudly made in Johannesburg, South Africa. 

  • The back of the cover is lined with unprinted natural linen. The challah cover is packaged beautifully making it an exquisite and meaningful gift that will hopefully be used for many generations to come. Each cover also comes with its very own certificate of authenticity.

  • Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Iron on reverse. The fringe can be combed.
